After a full day at Uinversal Studios we were all glad to have a quiet day, and had a lazy day at the AirBnB apartment. It’s been another good AirBnB experience, with the only issue being the unreliable wi-fi connection, especially as we are keen to finalise the remaining weeks of our schedule that have yet to be planned.
As so Lewis and I walked down to the local 7-eleven to get some more cash, to the grocery store to stock up on eggs and bacon, and attempted to connect to various free wi-fi hot spots as we went.
Later we headed out for a walk for dinner, and agreed with Carter to head to a pizza place. We seem to eat more pizza in Japan than in Australia! With the boys satisfied on pizza it meant Tryphena and I could sample a selection of Osaka street food. With our favourite that night being gyoza, which is fried Japanese dumplings dipped in soy sauce. We also enjoyed the lights and sights of Osaka at night, including a visit to the hectic Don Quijote 24hr discount store.
